Two meetings. Same board. Same rules. Completely different treatment.
January 28, 2026 – Supervisor Steve Gallardo holds up a tweet and rants for six full minutes. No interruption. No removal.
February 25, 2026 – A citizen holds up a simple piece of paper showing constitutional boundaries and county limits… and is immediately removed from the meeting.

The citizen even called it out in real time:
“Actually, ma’am, Steve Gallardo held up a tweet for six minutes ranting and raving and you said nothing about it.”
Rules for thee, but not for me.
This is selective enforcement at its finest. Public comment is supposedly protected — until the message is uncomfortable. Holding paper suddenly becomes a violation of “decorum” when it challenges the board, but elected officials get a free pass.
We the People see the double standard loud and clear. One set of rules for insiders, another for citizens trying to hold them accountable.
No more selective enforcement. No more unequal application of the rules in public meetings.
Times have changed. Citizens are documenting everything.
Share this video far and wide. Demand consistent, fair rules for everyone — or admit it’s just political theater.
It is Our Duty.
Stay vigilant.
