“ACCEPT THE RESULTS AND MOVE ON” — Until It’s Their Turn

The same officials who repeatedly told citizens to “stop it,” accept election results, and move on… are now refusing to do exactly that when a court rules against them.

Watch the timeline of contradictions here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5Le-9ntAQ1E

Key moments:

  • “We have a process in the rule of law. Go to court… but if the court rules against you, accept the results and move on.”
  • “For anyone still going on about widespread fraud or stolen elections, stop it.”
  • Yet on April 22, 2026 (Agenda 78), the Board voted 4–1 to seek a stay and promptly appeal a recent court ruling.

Vote Breakdown:

  • YES (Appeal): Steve Gallardo, Debbie Lesko, Kate Brophy McGee, Thomas Galvin
  • NO: Mark Stewart

Supervisor Galvin himself once admitted the county “fell short” in 2022 with tabulators and printers — calling it a “searing experience” where they “let down people.” But when it comes to accepting a court decision they don’t like? Appeal.

The message to the public has been consistent for years: Get over it. Move on. The message from the Board when the shoe is on the other foot: Fight it. Appeal it. Spend more taxpayer money.

This is the same Board that lectures citizens about the rule of law while operating in ways that undermine public trust. “Accept the results” was never meant for them — only for you.

The public record is damning. The double standard is on full display.

Times have changed. Citizens are no longer blindly accepting lectures from people who refuse to follow their own advice.

Share this video. Demand consistency — if they want us to accept results and move on, they should lead by example.

It is Our Duty.

Stay vigilant.
